Shipping
We are based in the United Kingdom but we ship to most international countries (excluding EU and Northern Ireland), from just £3.75. The cost for shipping to various destinations varies, so please go through to the checkout page to see shipping costs for your destination. Please check the shipping cost before entering payment details.
When you choose your shipping method at the checkout we may provide a delivery estimate. Please note, we are unable to accept liability for any delays caused by couriers or events outside of our control.
UK Shipping. (Excludes Northern Ireland)
We ship using a variety of carriers, usually Royal Mail, or for higher value orders we may use DPD (signature may be required).
UK Mainland shipping costs as little as £3.75 for standard shipping.
Order Processing Time
We aim to process all orders according to the processing times stated in the table below. If there is a delay because the image you originally supply isn't suitable (quality wise) for printing, our processing time begins as soon as we've accepted a good replacement image. Order processing times and delivery times do not include bank holidays or weekends. Please note, the delivery times below do not include processing time.

DIY Face Masks
Our DIY personalised face masks are printed & have the eye holes cut before sending to you. All you have to do at home is cut the masks out and attach the fixings to the rear of the masks. Sometimes, you may also have to pop the eyes out - but this is super easy!
DIY masks save you a tonne of cash, and still have the same great finish as any of our ready to wear masks.
Precut Face Masks
Our precut face masks are printed and cut for you by our in-house team, but the fixings (elastic or sticks) need to be attached at home. This saves you a lot of time over our DIY masks as cutting out the face can be tricky. Sometimes, you may also have to pop the eyes out - but this is super easy!
Ready to wear Face Masks
Our ready to wear face masks are printed, cut and the fixings are attached by our in-house team. These arrive completely assembled & ready to use for your event. Whilst more expensive, they save you a tonne of time with larger packs!

Great quality and easy to cut yourself at home and stick on the elastic. Customer service was great when I had a delivery issue!
This is the 2nd review just goes to this company when things go wrong they are useless.
Address was not addd correctly on the delivery details had to message them, the phone line does not work and still doesn’t!
No notification of delivery, stickers stuck to instructions which were useless not helpful at all,
We managed to around the broken stickers, the elastic was plastic and stuck in the plastic container had to pull it out to find the end.
